This category is for current UK air conditioning and/or refrigeration customer service individuals. 

To support your entry it is important to supply as much relevant information as possible, answering the following questions (where relevant):

  • Type of work undertaken
  • Describe how the individual exceeds expectations
  • Describe an instance the last 12 months of which the individual should be proud
  • Showing outstanding contribution to customers – in particular, areas or projects expectations have been exceeded
